Will this work with older react native versions? Can you fix the DCO issue?

@TimoGlastra jCenter is deprecated since gradle 7, anyway mavenCentral is a good replacement. More info here https://blog.gradle.org/jcenter-shutdown

This for saying that older RN are not a problem

Removed jcenter from gradle to ensure compatibility with Gradle 9.0.0.
